All T 14 schools are need blind.
Depending on your LSAT score, you may get up to full scholarship in Columbia, NYU, Chicago, etc, but Yale Harvard Stanford do not provide scholarships, only need-based grants.
The maximum grant you can get at YHS is about 18-20k a year, and the rest will be loans.
Loans at YHS do not need co-signers, but the interest rate is rather high: ~7.5%.
A high enough GPA and LSAT will (nearly always) guarantee Harvard (GPA 3.9+, LSAT 177+), but not Yale and Stanford. You need soft skills and luck to get into YS.
Yep, scholarship and loans combined will cover all your costs. But the interests rates of loans are pretty high: be prepared to repay $3000 every month for ten years after graduation, unless you do public interest work, in which case your loan might be forgiven.
Thanks! Is there a chance that I can get a scholarship covered all? I see columbia's loan need a co-signer.... seems pretty complexed procedures. .. really I am not a college student yet, but I know I will do JD because I love it so much.. I am in a law family...Do I have to be careful to not choose a tough grader's course in college? I usually prepared ahead..
